It isn’t that we don’t believe in having regular employees, but we believed that working with a full-time staff of people with expertise in Marketing, PR, Architecture, Sales, Finance & Accounting, Web Development, Graphic Design, etc…would turn us into just another, overpriced, consulting firm. So we went a different route:

With so much of today’s top talent opting to strike out on their own these days, we decided to create a network of specialists instead, and create project teams based on each client’s culture and specific project needs. This accomplishes two crucial objectives:

  1. Instead of having to rely on the same tired staffers secretly looking for their next gig at a different agency, we are free to work with the world’s best talent.
  2. Low overhead = lower project costs for our clients.

We are a virtual agency, which means that we work with carefully selected teams of contractors and specialists in disciplines like web design, graphic design, copy writing, PR, project management, event management, media production, market research, etc.

The advantages of this model are obvious:

  • Very little overhead (no fancy offices and massive payroll = cost savings for our clients)
  • Unlimited talent options (we pick and choose the best contractors for each project)
  • Faster turnaround times (we can increase our capacity as needed)
  • Better results for our clients (we build custom project teams specifically for each client)
